2. Client Commitments
To ensure smooth delivery, clients agree to:

Share clear and accurate job requirements and company information

Provide timely feedback during the hiring cycle

Notify us immediately if a referred candidate is hired

Settle service fees as outlined in the proposal or agreement
3. Candidate Policy

No Fees Charged: Minerva HRD Solutions does not charge any fee, commission, or hidden cost from candidates for placements.

Candidate information is shared in good faith, based on details provided by the candidate. While we make efforts to verify credentials, we cannot guarantee long-term performance or suitability.

We encourage clients to conduct independent checks such as references, background verification, and compliance screening before finalizing employment.
4. Fees & Payments
Service fees are agreed upon with the client in advance through a written proposal or agreement. Payments must be made within the timelines specified.
5. Confidentiality
Both Minerva HRD Solutions and the client agree to maintain confidentiality of all shared information, including candidate profiles, company details, and contractual terms.
6. Use of Third-Party Tools
We may rely on third-party platforms or services such as job boards, background verification partners, or assessment providers. We are not liable for errors or policies of these third parties.
7. Limitation of Responsibility
Our role is limited to recruitment and HR advisory. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from hiring decisions or candidate performance. Any liability, if applicable, will be capped at the service fees paid for that specific engagement.
8. Compliance
Both parties agree to follow all relevant employment, data protection, and non-discrimination laws during the engagement.
9. Termination
Conditions for ending or discontinuing services will be clearly outlined in the respective client agreement or proposal.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delhi/NCR. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi/NCR.
11. Amendments
We may revise these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Clients will be notified of any material updates. Continued use of our services will mean acceptance of the revised terms.
